Job summary

Lift Charles Warren is a welcoming primary school in Milton Keynes seeking a friendly Midday Supervisor to support pupils during lunchtime, supervise dining and outdoor areas, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

You will work 8.75 hours per week, set up and clear tables, encourage positive behaviour, and collaborate with staff to address any concerns during lunch breaks. Previous experience in a school or lunchtime supervisory role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising children or young people is essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Calm, patient and approachable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime in dining, playground and other designated areas
• Set up tables prior to lunch service and clear them away at the end of the session
• Encourage positive behavior, respectful interactions and an inclusive environment
• Support pupils' welfare and respond appropriately to any concerns or incidents
• Help maintain a safe, clean and well-organised lunchtime environment
• Support lunchtime activities where required and work closely with the wider school team
