Battle and Langton CofE Primary School seeks a Midday Supervisory Assistant to supervise pupils at lunchtime and during indoor play when needed. The role is part-time at 6.5 hours a week, term-time over 39 weeks, with duties outdoors or in classrooms in wet weather.

Responsabilités

• Supervise active play outdoors, or in classrooms in wet weather.
• Lead or encourage games and promote fair play and inclusive behaviour.
• Refer first aid incidents to the school's first aid team.
• Apply the behaviour policy using praise and gentle encouragement to resolve minor playground issues.
• Keep a watchful eye on pupils' safety and report concerns under safeguarding procedures.
