Job summary

Earls Barton Primary School, part of Hatton Academies Trust, invites applications for Lunchtime Supervisors. You will supervise children indoors and outdoors, help with table setup and packing away, and support positive behaviour during lunch.

Working 11.45am–1.15pm, 7.5 hours weekly across 38 term weeks, at NJC Scale Point 3 (£12.85/hour). This role is ideal for reliable, energetic staff with a flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Energy, creativity and enthusiasm to supervise children during lunchtimes.
• Reliable and flexible to work term-time only.
• Ability to supervise indoors and outdoors in all weathers.

Responsibilities
