Job summary

Birley Spa Primary Academy invites applications for a Midday Supervisor to support pupils at lunchtime in the dining hall and on the playground. The role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment and promoting positive play during the school day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervising children in dining hall, playground, and around the school site during lunchtime.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and play, helping pupils to develop social skills.
• Promoting safeguarding and the welfare of all pupils.
• Assisting with minor first aid (training provided).
• Ensuring the lunchtime period runs smoothly and safely.
