Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor for a busy primary school in Leeds, LS11. The role involves maintaining a safe and enjoyable lunch environment for pupils and supporting positive social interactions.

You will supervise pupils in dining and play areas, promote good behaviour, and assist with safeguarding and reporting as required. This is a part-time position during term time with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Previous school experience is advantageous.

Lunchtime Supervisor Required for Busy Primary School

A friendly and inclusive primary school in LS11 is looking for a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to join their team.

The successful candidate will help create a safe, positive and enjoyable environment for pupils during lunch breaks.

Duties:

• Supervising pupils in the dining hall and outdoor play areas
• Promoting positive behaviour and social interaction
• Encouraging safe and inclusive play activities
• Supporting pupils who may require additional assistance
• Reporting any accidents, incidents or safeguarding concerns

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a genuine interest in supporting children
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Remains calm and professional in busy situations
• Demonstrates excellent punctuality and reliability
• Previous school experience is advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
