Job summary

Newborough Primary School is seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils. You will support children during breaks, model positive behaviour and help manage the dining environment.

With a strong commitment to nurture and church ethos, you will work as part of a caring team to ensure happy, healthy break times. Experience with children and a friendly, proactive approach are valued, with a DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary school pupils preferred.
• Ability to promote a safe, supportive lunchtime environment.
• Understanding of school Behaviour Policy.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during lunchtime and breaks.
• Respond to playground issues fairly and build positive relationships.
• Follow the school's Behaviour Policy to manage conduct.
• Assist with first aid incidents and safety during lunch.
• Support healthy eating and table manners initiatives.
