St. Andrew's CofE First School, Barnt Green, is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to help create a positive, calm lunchtime experience for children up to year 4.

You will assist with setting up and clearing tables, supervise the dining area and playground, and encourage inclusive play in a friendly school setting. The role is permanent, term-time only, 6.25 hours per week (Mon-Fri lunchtimes), and includes safeguarding checks (DBS) as part of the appointment process.

Qualifications

• DBS disclosure required for safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear away tables and dining area.
• Support children in the dining area and outdoors to develop social skills.
• Promote calm, positive behaviour and inclusive play at lunchtimes.
• Build warm relationships with pupils and contribute to a happy, orderly lunch environment.
