Job summary

St John Paul II Multi Academy is seeking a caring, active lunchtime supervisor to join our team. You will supervise children in the dinner hall and playground, lead play activities and help ensure their safety and wellbeing throughout lunch.

This role may include basic First Aid (training provided) and cleaning the dining area after service. You should be professional, polite and a positive role model for our pupils, and you’ll promote good manners and develop their independent skills.

Qualifications

The St John Paul II Multi Academy is a thriving Catholic Multi Academy Trust comprising eleven Primary Schools and two Secondary Schools. Our schools are located in the northern area of Birmingham, Tamworth and Lichfield.

We are looking to appoint a caring, active and friendly lunchtime supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to work with children. You will be responsible for supervising children in the dinner hall and playground, leading play activities and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our children. This may include administering basic First Aid (training will be provided if necessary) and cleaning up the dining area after service. In addition, you will be required to help children eat their lunch, promote good manners and develop their independent skills. You must be professional and polite at all times; proving to be a good role model for our children.
