Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and meals ready for service.
• Serve food to pupils and staff in a friendly manner.
• Set up counters, stations and dining areas before lunchtime.
• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Keep work surfaces and kitchen areas clean and hygienic.
• Help with deliveries, storage and stock rotation.
• Support the wider kitchen team during busy periods.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety and safeguarding procedures.
