Bright Star Talent Limited is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils during lunch, supervise outdoor play, and ensure a safe, positive environment. You’ll handle lunchtime incidents, encourage good behaviour, and report concerns to staff while working closely with teaching teams.

The role suits friendly, patient individuals who can manage groups, communicate well, and be reliable and punctual. DBS check is required, and right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with children.
• Friendly, approachable and patient.
• Able to confidently manage a group of pupils.
• Calm, positive approach to behaviour.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime and outdoor play.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Support children with any lunchtime issues.
• Encourage good behaviour and positive interactions.
• Watch over Pupils in playground and dining areas.
• Deal calmly with minor incidents.
• Report concerns to staff.
• Help pupils follow school rules.
