Job summary

Wellspring Academy Trust in Grimsby is seeking a lunchtime supervisor to help supervise children during lunch and playtime. You will assist with meals and supervise play, ensuring a safe and positive environment.

The role is 5 hours 10 minutes per week, term time only, with a focus on safeguarding, good behaviour, and supportive teamwork with staff. A warm, approachable manner and good literacy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch breaks in the dining hall, playground, and other areas.
• Encourage positive play and social interaction.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Promote good behaviour and follow school policies.
• Assist with setting up and clearing the dining area as needed.
