Job summary

Roseberry Primary Academy, part of The Enquire Learning Trust, is seeking a lunchtime supervisor to join the lunchtime supervisory team. The role is term-time only, 7.5 hours per week across weekday lunchtimes from 11.45am to 1.15pm, on a fixed-term contract to August 2027.

An enhanced DBS check is required before appointment. Responsibilities include supervising pupils at lunchtimes, creating a safe outdoor play space, providing social and active play experiences, and ensuring a pleasant eating

Qualifications

• First Aid training, or willingness to complete it.
• Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during lunchtimes as part of the lunchtime supervisory team
• Create a safe and stimulating outdoor environment at lunchtime
• Provide social, active and creative play experiences for all pupils
• Ensure pupils have a pleasant eating experience at lunchtime
• Maximise the time pupils can spend playing outside
• Facilitate play opportunities
• Offer care, support and advice to children at lunchtime
