Job summary

Park Hill Primary in Coventry is seeking a reliable Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to support pupils during lunch break. You will supervise in dining and playground areas, help with meals and clearing up, and lead play activities to boost enjoyment. A calm, fair approach and safeguarding commitment are essential for working with primary pupils.

The role is part-time, permanent, 6.66 hours per week during term time (38 weeks). Interview scheduled for 4 September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead lunchtime play activities and supervise games to enhance enjoyment.
• Manage and promote positive behaviour among children.
