Job summary

Partou UK Limited is seeking a Lunchtime Cover Assistant at Partou Up & Away Day Nursery & Pre-school in Speke, Liverpool. The role is part-time (15 hours/week) and permanent, offering a supportive team environment and opportunities to contribute to children's learning and well-being.

You will support EYFS activities, help supervise lunch breaks, and step in to cover staff during lunchtimes while maintaining a safe, caring setting for young children.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge is required.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Take Lunchtime Cover duties in a busy nursery setting.
• Support children's learning and development in line with EYFS.
• Provide exceptional care and nurture to children.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues.
