Job summary

Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust seeks a dedicated Midday Supervisor Assistant for Sutterton Fourfields CofE Primary School to supervise pupils during lunch and ensure a safe, healthy environment. You will work as part of a team and follow safeguarding procedures while supporting positive play and orderly dining.

The role includes supervising activities, promoting healthy eating, reporting incidents, assisting with meal service and equipment, and helping keep dining areas clean and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities and monitor pupil behaviour during the midday break.
• Ensure the health, safety, welfare and safeguarding of pupils.
• Report incidents in line with school policy.
• Assist in setting out tables and storing lunchtime equipment.
• Encourage pupils to select and eat healthy and balanced meals.
• Clean up spillages of food or liquid during meal service.
• Wipe down tables and clean dining areas between meals.
• Support and encourage positive play and interactions in line with the School Behaviour Policy.
• Ensure that any incidents are reported to the right person and escalated as required.
