Pathway Trust is hiring a part-time Lunchbreak Supervisor to provide 1:1 support during lunchtime for a pupil with high needs. You will help set up the dining area, supervise meals, and lead safe, engaging play across the playground or indoor spaces. The role runs term-time, 38 weeks per year, with 6.25 hours weekly.

The successful candidate will be warm, energetic, and able to work as part of a supportive school team, ensuring a stable, positive lunchtime experience for pupils.

Each role involves working 1.25 hours per day during the lunch period. In this role, you will be supporting a student with high needs during the lunch period.**About the job**We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Lunchbreak Supervisor to join our school team and help make lunchtimes a positive part of every child’s day. You’ll work closely with staff and pupils to create a safe, sociable and fun environment. Whether it’s setting up the dining hall, supporting children during meals, or leading play and activities in the playground (or indoors on rainy days).
