Job summary

Manor Mead is an Outstanding primary school for pupils aged 4-11 with complex needs. The Midday Supervisory Assistant role supports the Virginia Water site during lunch times, ensuring a calm, safe and well managed environment for children to eat and socialise.

We seek friendly, patient staff committed to safeguarding. DBS checks are required. Start date is as soon as possible; 10 hours per week during term time plus 2 inset days. Closing date: 10 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting primary school children.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lunchtime activities to ensure pupil safety.
• Support pupils with social and personal development during meals.
