At the Murrayfield Nursery we are looking for Nursery Assistants to cover our lunchtimes, working Monday to Friday 11am to 2pm, and also may be able to support when we may need some extra cover. A great hourly rate is offered, together with great benefits. We are also on great transport links with buses stopping right outside the Nursery.
The Murrayfield Nursery is part of CC Nurseries and is based in Edinburgh, at our busy 90 place nursery we offer a home-from-home environment, led by our passionate and caring team, our nursery is filled with hand-picked resources (natural where possible) to encourage self-directed play and discovery. Outside we have a large, secure outdoor space including a fire pit, a fishpond and an outdoor classroom, as well as a separate area for the youngest children, to enjoy fun. CC Nurseries offered enriched working environments and opportunities for further qualifications and career progression.

Requirements

As a LunchTime Assistant you will:
Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room
