Job summary

St Joseph's Catholic Primary School is seeking a friendly Relief Midday Supervisor to join the lunchtime team. You will help children move between the dining hall and the playground, support them whilst eating and assist with their basic care needs.

The role emphasises safeguarding and creating a safe, welcoming environment during the lunch period, with opportunities to promote positive play and pupil relationships.

Responsibilities

• Transition to/from the dining hall to the school playground
• Support pupils whilst eating
• Assist with medical, physical and care needs where appropriate
• Promote and supervise positive play and pupil relationships
• Provide basic First Aid
