Salary: £12.85 p/h (CSET 13)

Working weeks: 38 weeks per year (term time only)

Overview

Lyde Green Primary is delighted to offer a number of part-time opportunities for Lunchbreak Supervisors to join our friendly team. Our supervisors play a vital role in creating a safe, happy, and well-organised lunchtime experience for our pupils. Each role involves working 2 hours per day during the lunch period, with the following working patterns available: Monday & Friday; Monday, Wednesday & Friday; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Please indicate your preferred working pattern on your application form.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Lunchbreak Supervisor to join our school team and help make lunchtimes a positive part of every child’s day. You’ll work closely with staff and pupils to create a safe, sociable, and fun environment—whether it’s setting up the dining hall, supporting children during meals, or leading play and activities in the playground (or indoors on rainy days). Your presence will bring stability, encouragement, and fun to our lunchtime routine.
