• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests professionally, offering excellent service and recommendations.
• Follow safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell cocktails, specials, and events to enhance guest experience and revenue.
