Job summary

Cleshar Contract Services Limited is recruiting a PTS Trackperson to work on railway projects in London and surrounding regions. The role involves liaising with client representatives, wearing PPE, and ensuring sites are kept safe and compliant with sentinel scheme rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience on the London Underground network.
• PTS certification is required.
• TIC and BTA knowledge/qualification desired.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the client’s representative, enforcement authorities and the public.
• Wear all relevant PPE as mandated by the safety system.
• Keep all work sites and areas used by CCS clean and tidy.
• Ensure plant/equipment are operated only by staff with a valid certificate of competence.
• Carry out duties safely under the site manager/team leader guidance.
• Operate in compliance with sentinel scheme rules.

Due to continued success, and growing business demands, we are currently recruiting for a PTS Trackperson role.

Location: Working in and around, London, Kent, Sussex, and Wessex Region

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Shift Schedule: 8 hour shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Night shift, Weekend availability

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To liaise and maintain good relationship with the client’s representative, enforcement authorities and the general public.
• To wear all relevant PPE where mandated by the relevant safe system.
• To ensure that all work sites and area’s used by CCS are left in a clean and tidy manner.
• To ensure that any plant and equipment is only operated by staff with a relevant certificate of competence.
• To undertake all duties in a safe manner as required by site manager / team leader.
• To work within sentinel scheme rules.

Essential Qualifications
