Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and engaging communication to
  ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
• Assist guests with their luggage, delivering
  it promptly and efficiently to their rooms.
• Coordinate closely with the concierge desk to
  fulfil guest requests and enhance their overall experience.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure
  that all guest belongings are handled with care and delivered safely.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic
  team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Uphold the high standards of presentation and
  professionalism expected of Firmdale Hotels team members.
• Valet parking duties - Clean UK driving license needed, but not a strict requirement .
• Expectation of night shift coverage.
