Hey there, future Smile Delivery Star! Ready to take the wheel and steer your career into something as fun as a joyride with friends? We've got a Self-Employed opportunity that's calling your name. We’re looking for some super cool Luggage Collection Drivers to join our awesome crew in Heathrow!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your day will be all about keeping our customers happy and things running smoothly:

1. Collect luggage from our customers all over London and its outskirts, then deliver and check them into Heathrow Airport.
2. Meet customers at their doorstep with a big smile.
3. Verify their documents and add all the info and additional baggage details into our app.
4. Seal up the baggage (we’ll give you the seals).
5. Take the luggage to the airport.
6. Add/scan tags for each baggage, and either check them in at the terminal or place them in the storage area as needed.
7. Keep in touch with Customer Support regularly.
8. Use your good communication skills and be physically fit for manual handling.

What You Need:

1. DBS Check: Within the last 3 months.
2. Insurances: Hire and Reward insurance, Goods in Transit & Public Liability.
3. Documents: Passport/ID, Right to Work, UK/EU DL, NINO, Proof of Address, Phone Number, Email Address.
4. Phone: iPhone 7 or above (sorry, the app doesn’t work on Android or older iPhones).
5. Experience: Got multi-drop delivery experience? Fantastic! If not, don’t sweat it—bring your enthusiasm and we’ll help you learn the ropes!
6. Reliability: We need you to be self-motivated and dependable. No disappearing acts—we need drivers, not magicians!
