The LTQR Lead takes responsibility for delivery and compliance with the LTQR processes and procedures for documents, records and physical samples that are associated with their designated projects and multi-disciplinary team (MDT).

To discharge the role requires a range of technical skills and competences, management and communication skills, construction/installation/commissioning and end‑user stakeholder awareness, demonstration of contractual requirements and knowledge of various EDF/NNB standard project arrangements and quality control procedures.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Compiling and validating high‑quality records data to support dashboards and regulatory engagement.
  • Coordinating documentation, workshops and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate LTQR and LDRC delivery.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of effective records management solutions.
  • Promoting consistent records management practices across the project and external partners.
  • Managing LTQR strategy, ensuring clear requirements, robust reviews and compliant documentation for handover across project areas.
  • Coordinating with quality, project and contractor teams to validate partitioning strategies and manage end‑to‑end LTQR delivery.
  • Overseeing LTQR processes, tools, training and procedural improvements to strengthen compliance and performance.
  • Providing governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement to maintain LC6 adherence and effective records lifecycle management.
