About the Opportunity

Jacobs' Nuclear Power Programmes support major UK and European projects, including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, and the development of Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technology, as well as Poland's first nuclear power station.

Our teams deliver project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on safety, quality, and timely delivery through innovative thinking and collaboration.

We are seeking an LTQR Manager to facilitate and contribute to project-wide LTQR management, requiring high interaction and coordination with team members, contractors, and stakeholders. The role involves developing, liaising, reporting, verifying LTQR responsibilities, and suggesting improvements to policies, procedures, and protocols related to project delivery, handover, quality control, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contractor onboarding by identifying appropriate documentation and LTQRs before construction begins, ensuring ongoing collation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Verify and approve content at procedural review points and upload onto EDRMS in line with physical works completion.
• Collaborate with Project and Contract Managers to ensure Works Information (WI) adequately covers Handover Documentation.
• Liaise with the Quality team to confirm partitioning strategies and ITPs are acceptable.
• Produce and manage LTQR checklists, identify review inputs, and facilitate stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure contractors are aware of LTQR obligations and provide guidance to prepare correct documentation.
• Refine and implement LTQR delivery strategies for successful handovers of areas, assets, and systems.
• Manage employment of RSOs and Coordinators to ensure timely LTQR approval for subsequent works.
• Liaise with Tier 1 Contractors and the completion team to identify and document subsidiary or associated LTQRs, including offsite manufacturing records.

What You'll Need
