An established NHS foundation is seeking a part-time LTC Lead/Senior CBT Therapist to join a dynamic and supportive team. Lambeth NHS Talking Therapies is looking to recruit a part-time 2 days/week) LTC team lead with key responsibilities around planning, managing and evaluating the delivery of the long-term health conditions pathway and services within Lambeth NHS Talking Therapies
You will work closely with the rest of the management team to promote and support the delivery of the service.

· To coordinate and assist in further developing the Lambeth Talking Therapies (IAPT) LTC pathway and service aimed at the delivery of specialist psychological assessment and therapy for adults with anxiety and depression in the context of various long-term conditions and delivery of integrated LTC care.

Key Responsibilities:
· To coordinate and assist in further developing the Lambeth Talking Therapies (IAPT) LTC pathway and service aimed at the delivery of specialist psychological assessment and therapy for adults with anxiety and depression in the context of various long-term conditions and delivery of integrated LTC care.
· To facilitate and manage the Long-Term Conditions Working Group
· To attend monthly LTC IAPT lead meetings/ Mental Health Transformation meetings and disseminate information link to this
· To work collaboratively with other IAPT LTC leads and King’s Health Professionals in relation to sharing knowledge
· To provide high quality supervision using specialist knowledge of LTC conditions
· To provide high quality training or facilitate the arrangement of LTC training
· To develop and adapt IAPT protocols and ways of working with LTC consideration and NICE guidelines in mind
· To support the service leads by sharing responsibility of the day to day running of the non-LTC parts of the service
· To take a lead role in the day to day running of the Long-Term conditions (LTC) part of the service
· To monitor, collect, analyse, evaluate and disseminate LTC condition data on performance and outcomes.
· To set up and operationally manage integrated clinics
· To work collaboratively with the service lead/deputy service lead to implement service developments / new initiatives
· To support the clinical leads in maintaining a strong, committed and motivated team
· To support clinical (team) leads in expanding this project by being involved in recruitment and training of new staff members, and then continue to support the clinical lead in maintaining a strong, committed and motivated team
· To support the induction of new staff with a view of supporting new staff members to have LTC in mind.
