Great Waltham C of E Primary School require a Learning Support Assistant to join our small and friendly team.

Fixed term for 1 year.

Part time- 21 hours

FTE Salary £23500-£23893 depending on experience.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Work 1:1 to support children
• Put children at the centre of their work
• Work under the direction of teaching staff and SENDCo
• Show initiative and flexibility, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, parents and children.
• Show a willingness to continue developing their own practice to meet the needs of the children
