The role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and compassionate individuals to support children with special educational needs in the classroom. As an SEND Teaching Assistant (TA) sometimes known as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will be working schools to provide assistance, often working on a 1 to 1 basis with children helping them to develop academically, socially and emotionally

The applicant:

The successful applicant is expected to have maths and English (GCSE grade C/4 and above) or alternatively a suitable childcare qualification. SEND qualification is preferred but not essential. Experience and personality are equally desirable. Being able to work in a team as well as individually is important to provide maximum support to the class teacher.
