A public healthcare organization in Aberdeen is seeking a Retail Catering Supervisor to oversee the operation of the Royal Cornhill Hospital Cafe. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and food service and be passionate about delivering high-quality service. This role requires effective team leadership and a focus on food safety. Applicants should demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous development and uphold organizational values.
We are looking for someone to oversee the general duties involved in providing patients, staff and visitors with a high quality, customer focused, and safe retail beverage and foodservice.
Day-to-day you will supervise the operation and cleanliness of the Retail Units and their associated equipment, ensuring high levels of food safety, service and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring that all staff within your team are working efficiently, safely, and delivering the highest standards of customer care.
Band 3
Hours: 37 Hours per week – 7.00am until 15.00pm, but must be flexible
