A regional healthcare service in Scotland seeks a Modern Apprentice in Business Administration. This position is aimed at enhancing skills in communication and marketing within the Public Health, Health Improvement team. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 National 5 Grades, including Maths and English. The successful candidate will engage in a structured training program leading to a recognized qualification while supporting key health initiatives.

If so, we are currently looking to recruit a Modern Apprentice (Business Administration) to work within our Public Health, Health Improvement team.
Band 2
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 2 year training contract
This role will support the planning, delivery and evaluation of designated communication and marketing projects using marketing and business administration approaches in support of the Directorates key priorities and health improvement agenda.
A minimum of 5 National 5 Grades (or equivalent) at A, B or C in Maths, English and three other subjects of your choice

It is hoped that the successful candidate will be able to commence employment in September 2025 and will be based at NHS Grampian Headquarters at Summerfield House, Eday Road, Aberdeen during their 2 year Modern Apprenticeship programme.
During this period the successful applicant will complete a training programme which will be coordinated by an appropriate training provider. The successful applicant will be required to complete the Business Administration qualification (SCQF Level 6) and a work based evidence portfolio in addition to other personal development activities associated with the post.
