Job Overview

NHS Grampian's Facilities and Estates Sector provides essential services supporting high-quality, safe care across the organization. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker Specialist (Mechanical) to support maintenance across NHS Grampian properties, based on the Foresterhill Campus.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Experience with Steam, LTHW, HVAC, Mechanical installation, Medical Gas is advantageous.
• Completed a recognized and registered EITB or CITB (or equivalent) craft apprenticeship or City and Guilds qualification.
• Experience working as part of a team.

Position Details

This is a Band 5 permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri) with excellent terms and conditions.
