A healthcare organization is seeking a Clerical Officer to join their administration team. The role requires excellent IT and keyboard skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Applicants should have prior office experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a permanent position with a workload of 15 hours per week.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer to become part of our dedicated administration team, working centrally within the Catering Service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated person who has excellent IT and keyboard skills. The successful candidate will be a confident team player who is able to work with minimal supervision and possess the ability to prioritise their daily workload meeting the varied service demands. In addition, applicants will have good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Applicants with a good range of experience within Pecos and procurement process are welcomed.
Hours: 15 hours per week, permanent
