Position: RN or LPN Nurse

Location: Telford, PA

Employment Type: Part Time!

Competitive Salary: $33.00 - $42.00/hour + Shift Differential + Upgraded Weekend Differential

Your Role as an RN/LPN Nurse: As an RN/LPN Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the physical and psychosocial needs of our cherished residents are met with the utmost dignity and compassion.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Start your shift by receiving a comprehensive shift report to ensure seamless care continuity.
  2. Assume leadership by coordinating the care of residents with appropriate personnel.
  3. Maintain accountability by accurately counting narcotics with the off-going nurse.
  4. Adhere to facility, state, and federal regulations while administering scheduled medications.
  5. Document vital information on residents, including 7-day assessments for MDS documentation, alert charting, monthly summaries, and incidents/accidents.
  6. Participate in admission assessments, transfers, deaths, physician orders, and prepare for physician rounds.
  7. Your regular attendance is essential to our team's success.
  8. Communicate resident or staff issues to appropriate personnel.
  9. Attend meetings and in-services as required.

Requirements:

Education:

  1. Completion of a Practical Nurse Program.
  2. Completion of a Registered Nurse program.

Experience:

  1. One year of experience in a nursing environment.
  2. Preferred: Three years of experience in geriatric nursing.

Professional Membership, Licensures, Certifications:

  1. Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of PA.
  2. Registered Nurse in the state of PA.
