Job summary

Claiborne Memorial Medical Center is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our patient care team. The candidate will have completed an accredited nursing program and holds an active LPN license in Louisiana, along with BLS certification, to support daily clinical operations.

The role requires adherence to infection prevention education, employee health protocols, and participation in mandatory training and department meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Maintain an active LPN license in Louisiana.
• Maintain a current BLS certification.
• Participate in annual Infection Prevention education.
• Follow all Employee Health protocols (TB test, flu vaccine, etc.).
• Complete annual training (Relias, Ethics, Sexual Harassment).
• Attend mandatory inservices including departmental meetings.
• Have basic computer knowledge.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
