• Chart nurses’ notes clearly reflecting the care provided and the guest’s response.
• Report discrepancies concerning physician’s orders, diet changes, or charting errors to the Director of Nursing.
• Document unauthorized discharges appropriately in the guest’s medical record as per procedures.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license or Compact State license.
• Minimum of 2 years of LPN/LVN experience.
• Ability to educate patients and families on various disease processes, with good medication knowledge and wound care experience.
