Job description

We are looking for a Distributor Manager to manage the Livestock, Poultry, and Dairy division for Latin America.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop and execute distributor project plans.
2. Develop region/market-specific business plans and sales action plans to achieve goals.
3. Lead change management in a dynamic environment, aligned with IDEXX Guiding Principles and business values.

What you need to be successful:

• Mandatory experience with sales and distributor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Must reside in Mexico.
• Availability to travel at least 75% of the time.
