A forward thinking, innovative law firm are looking for an LPC Graduate to join their firm as a paralegal in their leading residential property team. This is an entry level role and they are happy to provide full training, although if you have completed a module in property / real estate law on your LPC that would be beneficial.

Full training will be provided on all key duties and will include:

  • Assisting a small team of fee earners with their caseload with all aspects of the transaction from instruction through to post-completion
  • Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
  • File opening
  • Companies House Registrations
  • File closing including matter balances

It is essential that you have a very strong academic background including the LPC, exceptional client and communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. This is an exciting role for an LPC graduate looking for their first step into a law firm. Fantastic training on offer and ideal for an ambitious, motivated candidate looking for their first paralegal role.
