A leading company in the loyalty marketing space is seeking a Loyalty Marketing Manager to develop and deliver strategies and manage key campaigns. This role involves significant responsibilities, including overseeing campaign execution and developing strategic partnerships to enhance loyalty and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in loyalty management and a strong understanding of data compliance.
Loyalty Marketing Manager
Great opportunity for a commercially minded Loyalty Marketing Manager to support the development and delivery of our loyalty strategy. You'll lead campaign planning and execution, manage creative development, oversee partner engagement, and ensure campaign performance meets revenue and ROI targets.
Middlesex based, hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and deliver the loyalty marketing roadmap in partnership with the Senior Product Manager
Plan, coordinate, and execute loyalty campaigns across key customer segments
Write creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
Develop and manage strategic partnerships that support loyalty acquisition and engagement goals
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring delivery against revenue, ROI, and engagement targets
Oversee the full loyalty lifecycle and manage trigger-based communications to improve member retention
Ensure all marketing activity is compliant with GDPR and data privacy regulations
Work closely with internal stakeholders to integrate commercial content into campaigns and align with wider business priorities
Lead the integration and use of CRM and loyalty platforms to support campaign delivery and automation
Stay on top of loyalty marketing trends and bring forward innovative ideas to enhance programme performance
Skills & experience:
Proven experience managing loyalty programmes with a focus on acquisition, engagement, and retention
Background in CRM, loyalty, or direct marketing (in-house or agency)
Experience briefing and managing creative and technology partners
Strong understanding of GDPR and data compliance
Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to optimise performance
Familiarity with CRM and loyalty marketing platforms
Sector experience in travel, hospitality, retail, or membership-based organisations is a plus
