Department:

Customer

Location:

Reporting to:

Analytics Manager

In a nutshell :

Here at New Look everything that we do is for the love of fashion. We’ve been bringing the latest fashion to the high-street since 1969. We’re now a global, multichannel brand offering on-trend, value-fashion for women, men and teenage girls. Even after 50 years we’ve stayed true to our original mission of delivering fabulous products at a price our customers can afford.

We’re on a journey, changing how we work, learning to be more agile and hiring people who we can work with to build an even better experience for our customers and a great place to work for our colleagues.

Your role:

You will embed yourself within the Loyalty Product Team, partnering with them and using data to improve the customer experience. You’ll use our industry leading tools and work with industry recognised teams to understand customer behaviour on our digital channels and turn that into value.

What I will need to do:
  1. Embed yourself within the Loyalty Product Team.
  2. Research – Collaborate with UX and various analytics teams (Digital, Customer & Insight) to integrate qualitative and quantitative data and conduct research to identify the biggest opportunities.
  3. Ideation & Prioritisation – Work closely with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas for product features and improvements. Scope them and prioritise them against the business objectives.
  4. Planning & Measurement – Partner with product managers to establish clear success criteria and implement a robust way to measure and quantify them.
  5. Testing – Join together with the Experimentation Lead to enable Product teams to design and execute tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes. Ensure seamless execution by coordinating with development and UX teams.
  6. Insight – Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for continuous performance measurement. Conduct in-depth analyses of the end-to-end customer journey, including newly developed features. Generate actionable insights and recommendations for iterative improvements.
What we’re looking for:
  1. Experience with SQL or Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  2. Advanced digital analytics capability (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  3. Familiar with experimentation design and tooling (e.g., Monetate, Optimizely).
  4. Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
  5. Articulate and credible communicator, able to present compelling and results driven stories leveraging data from multiple sources (qual & quant) at pace.
  6. Able to effectively self-organise and prioritise as well as work collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of a wider team across product, analytics and customer.
What we offer:

Aside from the amazing people, love of fashion and the 4pm Friday finishes – there are so many reasons to love working at New Look. We offer training to support you and your career progression, so that you can be at your absolute best along with these amazing benefits:

  • Monthly 25% off privilege vouchers for family and friends to enjoy.
