Job summary

BGEN Ltd in Warrington is seeking an electrical tester to join our M Group Water division. You will carry out inspection, functional and electrical testing of low voltage switchboards, MCCs and control panels in line with BS EN 61439 standards, interpreting schematics to identify and rectify faults.

Youll work with manufacturing, engineering and project teams to ensure right-first-time quality, maintain test records and documentation, and comply with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition preferred.
• HNC Electrical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection, functional and electrical testing of low voltage switchboards, MCCs and control panels.
• Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to identify, diagnose and rectify faults.
• Maintain accurate test records and quality documentation while working with project teams.

Education

18th Edition preferred
