Job summary

Greencore Group at Manton Wood, Worksop, is recruiting a Low Risk Coordinator for our warehouse. You will lead nominated colleagues and ensure processes are followed to keep production lines running, with packing, transferring, prepping or printing to schedule. You will support the Picking team and help with the safe loading of orders.

Shift pattern: Wednesday to Saturday (Alternate Wednesday), 05:00–17:00. Rate of pay: £17.85 per hour, overtime 1.25x after 48 hours.

Qualifications

Good communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
Management skills and the ability to coordinate shifts.
English and maths at Level 3 (or equivalent) is required.
Flexible approach to work and shift patterns.
Computer skills and basic digital literacy required.
Good time keeping and reliability.
Basic Food Hygiene knowledge.
Basic Health and Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead nominated colleagues and ensure consistent application of processes in the area.
Ensure ingredients are packed, transferred, prepped or printed to the agreed time scale.
Support the Picking team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
Maintain safe loading of orders and build pallets for loading to docks.
Deliver area productivity and efficiency targets and resolve issues as they arise.
Monitor production environment for compliance with food safety standards.
