Base pay range

An exciting role has opened with a rapidly growing proprietary trading firm that is looking for its first Low Latency Linux Engineer in London. As the firm transitions into more high-frequency strategies, there is a need for an experienced Linux Engineer to build infrastructure platforms for new co-locations and develop deployment mechanisms for software teams, which are crucial for the company's expansion.
You will work in a small, lean team closely aligned with the investment team. Being a relatively new firm, there will be opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience building Low Latency Linux platforms (Debian and RHEL preferred)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python and Ansible preferred)
• Expertise in performance analysis and kernel tuning related to Low Latency systems
