• 3 -10 years of expertise in modern C++ (C++17/20).
• Mandatory experience within a leading crypto exchange, market‑making firm, or market data provider.
• Deep understanding of market structure, exchange connectivity, market data distribution, and electronic trading workflows.
• Experience developing matching engines, execution platforms, OMS, gateways, or low‑latency market data systems.
• Outstanding academic credentials, ideally a First-Class degree (or equivalent GPA) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or another highly quantitative STEM discipline.
