Job summary

Swissport in Inverness is hiring a Lounge Services Agent on a full‑time basis. You will welcome guests, check them in, and guide them within the Aspire Executive Lounge network. The role features a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and £13.49 per hour; involves food and beverage service, stock handling and maintaining lounge standards.

We value hospitality experience, strong communication, numeracy, and the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work early and late shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or customer services with high levels of guest interaction.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy including using payment machines and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly welcome and efficient check‑in; set the scene for a relaxing experience.
• Answer guest questions and direct to lounge areas as needed.
• Manage capacity at peak times to optimise throughput of guests.
• Bid farewell to guests to encourage return visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of food, beverage, and service areas.
• Offer knowledge on dietary information and allergen awareness to guests.
• Respond to guest questions with high levels of service.
