About the Role

Lounge Host at Emirates Lounge Birmingham Airport, Terminal 1

Package Description

• £13 per hour
• 35 hours per week
• 4 on 2 off shift pattern (2 early, 2 late, 2 off) 08:00-15:30 & 15:00-22:30

Main Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, including food and beverage presentation and service, to lounge customers
• Set up the bar, ensuring condiments, glasses, and cups are neatly arranged
• Load service counters and maintain supplies during service
• Keep lounge seating areas clean and well-arranged
• Assist with food preparations such as fruit plates and cheese boards
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during operating hours
• Offer friendly, efficient service to meet customer needs

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

• Front of house and customer-facing experience
• Food service experience
• Highly motivated and attentive to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Desirable:

• Lounge experience
