Whenever customers visit the British Airways Lounges at Gatwick Airport, you'll be there to greet them with 5-star, BaxterStorey service. Friendly, confident and professional, you'll be the face of our bespoke operation, making sure that delicious food and relaxation are available to every visitor.
Your task will be to uphold our high standards by making sure that our customers get a great experience. That means being smart, cheerful and approachable, keeping counters and displays in tip-top condition, clearing tables promptly, and making sure BA specifications and guests' expectations are met on every shift.

This role operates on a 4/2 shift pattern involving two early shifts starting from 04:30, followed by two late shifts typically finishing between 20:30 and 21:30, followed by two days off. We are open seven days per week, including bank holidays.
