Package Description

• £13.25 hours per week
• Mixed shift pattern: early (4:45-13:45), middle and late (13:00-22:00)

Main Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in all aspects of food and beverage service.
• Load and maintain service counters with sufficient supplies.
• Ensure the lounge seating area is clean, tidy, and arranged according to the lounge plan.
• Maintain overall lounge cleanliness throughout operating hours.
• Proactively assist guests with any needs or problems.
• Work collaboratively as a team member to achieve lounge goals.

The Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge of volume catering.
• Understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
• Understanding of Food Hygiene legislation.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• A candidate who is ready to learn and develop.
