As Head Bartender, you will assist the bar management team in the smooth operational running of the bar service to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.

• Oversee the smooth operational running of the bar service alongside the management team.
• Induct, train, and develop your team, utilizing internal and external training resources.
• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for guests.
• Create innovative seasonal and promotional cocktails in line with Nobu Hotel London Portman Standards.
• Provide genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the bar menu, including beer, wine, sake, and cocktails.
• Make empowered decisions to enhance guest experience or resolve complaints.
• Represent Nobu as an ambassador, embodying our values and commitment to teams.
