Job Summary:

The Lot Attendant/Porter at Route 128 Honda in Reading, MA is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's lot and providing excellent customer service to all customers. Responsibilities:

• Keep the dealership lot clean and tidy, including removing trash, cleaning windows, and organizing inventory.
• Retrieve and park customer vehicles in designated areas.
• Assist with vehicle checks and inspections, as needed.
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory and assist with vehicle location requests.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as changing wiper blades or refilling fluids.
• Follow all safety regulations and practices.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
